Chef Nu-Natchayapong Homsombutchoti is Chef de Cuisine at Siam Yacht Club, a new riverside restaurant at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. His specialty is a mix of modern European cooking methods with traditional Asian influences.

His passion for cooking started in his childhood. He was raised by his grandmother who often asked him to help her in the kitchen. Though he hated touching or seeing bloody meat and was afraid of touching it, his love for cooking made him get used to the wet market and he became a food sourcing specialist.
